Kofoworola Oshiga oversees the affairs of the Human Resources and Administration Department with the responsibility for Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Fleet Management, Facility Management, General Administration and Customer Care.
Before joining Great Nigeria Insurance Plc., Kofo was an Administration Manager at Insurance PHB Limited. She has also worked as Executive Assistant to the Managing Directors /CEO’s of different Insurance companies in the course of her career. She was at one time a Business Manager at Atlantic Risk Solutions Limited. In total, she has cognate experience in Administration, Human Resources Management and Development spanning 20 years.
Kofoworola is a 1994 graduate of Yaba College of Technology with a Post graduate Diploma in Financial Management and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, (LAUTECH). She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and has attended numerous training programs both locally and internationally.
