Oyinkansola Sobande holds a B.Sc honors degree in Microbiology from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye. She is an Associate Member by examination of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Chartered and also an Associate Member of the Institute of Public Management (AIPM). Oyinkansola holds a Professional Diploma in Public Relations from the Business Education Examinations Council, BEEC.
She has over thirteen years work experience in the Nigerian Private sector with a keen interest in Public Relations, Marketing Communications, Media, Brand Management, and Business Development. She has attended different trainings/seminars in the course of her career.

She joined Great Nigeria Insurance Plc in October 2015.
